Direction for Use

Add 2 scoops (36grams) of Naturade TotalSoy to 8 oz (236ml) of cold water or your favorite beverage and shake or stir with a spoon until smooth. Recommended daily dose: one serving per day. To reduce weight and reduce cholesterol do the following: Consume 25g of soy protein daily as a meal replacement, reduce intake of sodium, cholesterol and saturated fat and drink a lot of water. Do 30 to 60 minutes of light exercise 4 days a week to help boost HDL
