Seven Seas High Strength Pure Cod Liver Oil – 450ml is a high strength pure cod liver oil with omega-3 fish oil and vitamins D and E supports healthy heart, maintains normal vision, and normal brain function. The Vitamin D plays an important role in maintaining a healthy immune system, healthy bones, muscles and teeth. As an antioxidant, it helps to protect against free radicals and oxidative damage.

Ingredient

Each 10ml contains 4.7g of pure cod liver oil, 4.5g of fish oil blend providing 2450mg of Omega- nutrients, 5mc of Vitamin D and 10mg of Vitamin E.

Direction for Use

Recommended for adults and children over 15 years. It can be taken on its own or mixed with milk or orange juice. For adults over 15 years should be take two 5ml teaspoons daily. Children over 11 years should be given 5ml teaspoon daily.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Not recommended for children below the age of 15 years.
